Sketches of the week...

My friend Madame Couture inspired me to do a weekly update on one particular person, place, or thing. This week, I will show you two sketches made by Yves Saint Laurent himself.

Yves Saint Laurent was born on 1936 in Oran, Algeria. His first fashion prize was won in 1954 because of a beautiful coctail dress he had made. He introduced a trapeze dress for Dior in 1957. Elle Fashion Haute- Fall

Elle's fall fashion week in Paris was very nice. They had a mix of knee-length dresses and vintage pants and coats. I thought that they did a really beautiful job except for the resemblance of the clothing. Alot of the clothing was just about the same, except that they made slight differences on each outfit.
