Trench coats

"These classy ,fashionable trench coats could make anyone happy" says English fashion designer."We are now officially broke because of my wife's 600 dollar coat" says English husband of anonymous. Will trench coats turn into the new vintage? Who know's. 

It is said by fashion designers that the only real kind of clothing is the thousand dollar kind that you have to buy from magazines.

Dior Autumn- Winter 2009...

These beautiful, vintage looking dresses are one of my favorite Dior selections.Dior must like alot of vintage designs. I have realized that most Dior is vintage/arty. The background scene was really great. Dior staff made it look like they were at an ancient greek fashion show. I am not sure what the greek background had to do with vintage clothing though. I loved the hats too! If you look at the last picture, the costume designer had made a 1920's flapper sort of hat. I hope everyone has a great rest of the spring! Paris Fashion Show week

Wow! Who knows what made fashion designers tweak this style. I think that these outfits are supposed to have a vintage look to them, otherwise something from the middle sixties. The outfits all have a end of winter & into spring sort of look to them. 

Where will their next fashion show be?

The staff of Dior are not sure where to have there next fashion. One of the possibilities is to have it at the "House of Dior" or somewhere else not named. 

Spring summer costume Dior and ready to wear spring summer

WOW! The costumes from Dior were very pretty with a victorian twang. I thought that all of the clothing was very artistic and would take a while to get on to the models. The run way that they were showing on was really unique. Dior had chosen to make the runway into a church. THey were making the judges get the impression that the models were walking out of church about to go to an amazing victorian ball.

 

The ready to wear spring summer was very pretty! All of the outfits were really pretty and short. I thought that all of the clothing had a bit to much in common. They would send one model out wearing a shiny coat with a short skirt and the next wearing a pink shiny coat with a slightly longer skirt. I thought that  this modeling sequence was pretty modern compared to the costume spring summer. The runway was a disco -like stage, but in a plain sort of way. I hope you enjoy the pictures!
