model of the week:Emma Watson

Emma Watson, was born in Paris on the 15th of April, 1990. Emma is mainly famous for her big role in the Harry Potter series, Hermione Granger. Emma is not just an actress any more though. She is now quite well known for modeling for burberry. If you order vogue magazines, you probably have seen pictures of her. They have transformed her from innocent little Hermione into an attractive teenager who wears lots of makeup.
At her young age, she had wanted to appear on a few fashion magazines, but to be honest, back then her style was ,well lets face it quite unnatractive! But now, things have changed and she has a pretty good fashion sense! Although you may think Emma would be living in a huge mansion, she actually has a quite small, normal house. But with a huge extended family!
Emma is now about to attend college, but will 'never stop modeling or acting' she says.

  1. Hi Miss Vintage!! Well yes I have heard about Emma Watson and her intro to the Fashion Industry but I must say she looks A LOT better than I expected (I mean, the fact that she's never modeled before is quite impressive). Maybe she's used to being in front of a camera, I don't know! I think what she's trying to do is kind of seperate herself from Harry Potter, mainly becuz I don't think she wants to be known like 30 years from now as "the girl who played Hermoine Granger", you know? Anyways I think she looks AMAZING and the excess of dark eyeliner looks great on her, as it evens out the lack of makeup on her cheeks, lips, etc. I think it creates a great frosty, neutral feel. The whole collection really brings out the bitter freezing cold of London, which is amazing to see. As for the actual Burberry collection, it's AWESOME to hear that oversized coats with huge buttons are officialy BACK IN!!!! Ahhh!! Too bad it's summer, otherwise I would of bought myself like five!! LOL!! All in all, I think Emma Watson looks great as the face of Burberry, I just hope she doesn't forget her equaly amazing Harry Potter career!!

    Thanks Miss Vintage!!
